These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the 77jaya platform. By creating an account or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted every provision set out below. Please read this document carefully before proceeding.

One Account Per Player
Each player may hold exactly one registered account on 77jaya. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. 77jaya reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and to void any winnings generated through them.
Fair Deposit & Withdrawal Rules
Deposits and withdrawals must use payment methods registered in the account holder's own name. 77jaya processes withdrawals to the same method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.
Bonus Terms Apply
All promotional bonuses, free bets, and reload offers are subject to specific wagering requirements detailed in each offer. Attempting to abuse bonus structures is grounds for bonus cancellation and account review.
Account Security Responsibility
Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. 77jaya cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player failed to secure their account credentials or shared them with a third party.
Right to Suspend or Close
77jaya reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, collusion, or a breach of these Terms is reasonably suspected or confirmed.
Important Notice: 77jaya is an online entertainment and gaming platform. Access to and use of the platform is restricted to persons aged 18 years or older. If you are under 18, you must not register an account, deposit funds, or place any wager. By proceeding, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that online gaming is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

To register an Account with 77jaya and access the Platform's gaming services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for the duration of your Account:
During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Bangladesh mobile telephone number. Providing false information at registration is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate Account closure without refund of any Bonus Funds.
77jaya reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.
One Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the Platform. Operating multiple Accounts, whether in the same name or different names, is strictly prohibited. Where 77jaya identifies duplicate Accounts, it may merge the Accounts, close all but one, and void any winnings generated through accounts that were created in contravention of this rule.
Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any other person. Any activity carried out using your Account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify 77jaya support immediately via live chat or email.
Account Verification (KYC). 77jaya operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with anti-money-laundering best practices. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification (such as your National Identity Card or passport), proof of residential address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 77jaya may result in withdrawal processing delays or temporary Account suspension.
Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the 77jaya support team via live chat. Before closing the Account, any remaining real-money Balance will be made available for withdrawal subject to standard verification requirements. Bonus Funds not yet converted to withdrawable funds through wagering will be forfeited upon Account closure.
Account Closure by 77jaya. 77jaya may suspend or permanently close any Account with immediate effect where it determines, at its sole discretion, that the Account holder has breached any provision of this Agreement, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the Platform, its other players, or its operations.
Supported Payment Methods. 77jaya currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Players based in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer via major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at 77jaya's discretion. Visa and Mastercard card payments are supported where enabled by the relevant card network and issuing bank.
Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. 77jaya does not charge a deposit processing fee; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges for which 77jaya accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. The standard withdrawal processing time is five to thirty minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) during active hours (08:00–24:00 BST). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three business days depending on the receiving bank. 77jaya does not guarantee specific processing times and is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.
Withdrawal Verification. 77jaya reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure and does not imply any suspicion of wrongdoing. Players are advised to complete KYC verification proactively to avoid delays at the time of withdrawal.
Anti-Money-Laundering. All funds deposited to and withdrawn from your Account must represent lawful personal funds belonging to you. 77jaya reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any Account and to delay or withhold withdrawals pending the outcome of such due diligence. Deposits and withdrawals that 77jaya reasonably suspects may be connected to money laundering, fraud, or other unlawful activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Currency. All Account Balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). All deposits and withdrawals are processed in BDT. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are borne by the Player.
77jaya offers promotional bonuses, free bets, deposit match offers, cashback promotions, and seasonal incentives to eligible Players. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:
Seasonal promotions tied to the Bangladesh sporting calendar — including BPL and IPL betting tournaments, Eid bonus offers, and other festival promotions — are published on the 77jaya Platform and are subject to additional offer-specific terms at the time of publication.
Finality of Wagers. Once a Wager has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. Confirmation of a Wager is provided via the bet receipt displayed on-screen and recorded in the Account's transaction history.
RNG Certification. All casino games, slot titles, and other chance-based games offered on the 77jaya Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are not predetermined and are not influenced by the Platform or its operators. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual game titles are provided by the respective game studios and are available within each game's help or information section.
Sports Betting. Cricket betting, football betting, and other sports wagering markets are subject to the specific sports betting rules published by 77jaya. In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a sporting bet, 77jaya's decision — made in reference to official match data from recognised sports data providers — is final.
Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or network interruption that affects the outcome or settlement of a Wager, 77jaya reserves the right to void the affected Wager and return the staked amount to the Player's Account Balance. Winnings generated as a result of a demonstrable technical error may be voided and are not payable.
Maximum Winnings. 77jaya may apply maximum single-event payout limits to certain game categories and betting markets. Where applicable, such limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum payout limit will be capped at that limit regardless of the nominal outcome.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 77jaya Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

All intellectual property rights are reserved.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post, transmit, or commercially exploit any Platform content in any form or by any means without the prior written consent of 77jaya.
Any unauthorised use of 77jaya's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77jaya's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their Account during the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
77jaya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if 77jaya has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
77jaya does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable.
Nothing in these Terms limits 77jaya's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
77jaya collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
77jaya uses 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions between your device and the Platform's servers. Personal data is stored on secure servers and is accessible only to authorised 77jaya personnel on a need-to-know basis.
77jaya will not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.
